Our scouting service is built around precision. We offer curated location research and on-site scouting for teams producing in the South of France. Location Management

Once your location is approved, we step in to protect it, manage it and optimise it for your production. Location management is where we make the difference between a good recce and a smooth shoot.

Our role is to:

  • Secure and formalise agreements with property owners or institutions

  • Create ground plans and basecamp setups

  • Coordinate technical access: trucks, lighting, privacy, power

  • Manage neighbours, noise concerns, timing regulations

We’re not just there to guard the gate. We anticipate problems, communicate calmly with all parties involved, and make sure the production team can stay focused on creative execution.

We are used to managing sensitive private properties as well as public spaces requiring community coordination. Our crews are multilingual and trained in discretion.

On the day of your shoot, we’re first on site and last to leave.

Permits & Logistics

Permitting and logistics in the South of France come with their own rhythm. Every town, coastline or private road can present different challenges. Our team handles the legwork so that your production stays on time and compliant.

We manage:

  • Film permits with local city councils and regional authorities

  • Beach, forest and protected area authorisations

  • Road usage and traffic flow coordination for car shoots

  • Drone permits and aviation-related requests

  • Coordination with police, fire or municipal services if needed

On the logistics side, we offer tailored support based on your scale and team:

  • Parking planning for tech trucks, cast vans and unit bases

  • Power supply coordination (Genny trucks, silent power, cabling)

  • Crew accommodations and production hotels
